WHAT IS THE ROCHELLE AREA TRACK CLUB?

We are a member of the Illinois Association of USA Track and Field (USATF) and have been for 43 years.  We are one of the oldest track clubs in Illinois.

Boys and Girls entering 1st grade-12th grade (high school athletes can either participate and practice or help as assistants. If they participate, they will register and pay)

WHEN?

»  Practices are held each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 20 through July 20th. 5:30-7:00 p.m.

» There are several area track meets the RATC athletes will compete in. The meets are usually held on Saturdays and all meets are optional.

» Transportation and supervision to/from track meets is the responsibility of the athletes parents/guardians.

» Club members don't need to be at every practice and meet to participate.

» Athletes should wear running shoes, shorts, and a t-shirt for practice.
» This year we will NOT have a home track meet due to work being done on the track; however, we will attend two away meets as a team.

The cost to join is $55. per athlete which covers the ($30.) cost of their required USATF membership, limited insurance, a club souvenir, and access to club training equipment and facilities.
